I have a Dell OptiPlex GX 110 with a message that reads, "Plug and Play Configuration Error!" every time I turn my computer on. You can only upload videos smaller than 600MB. After scanning with a kaspersky rescue cd I found it had 2 worms on it. I have a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P motherboard with 4gb of ram and a anthon x2 cpu what reasonable graphics card should i put in 250 watt power? It only boots with the cards out.
