I did the WP3.9 update after which everything was fine, Then buddypress2.0, after which I experienced the error. The file that is described in the error message is a part of Ecwid Wordpress plugin, you can find it in Wordpress Control panel > Plugins > Ecwid Shopping cart > How to explain the existence of just one religion?

The only way it would work (I think but haven't tested) in functions.php would be if it were hooked into a backend hook later than admin_init.
