Seems I was looking in the wrong place.
so for every new domain and subdomain we have to use this fix. I had this site on a different dev server previously and had no problems, but since moving to its current server I am getting server 500 errors everytime I try and the form is working properly when i am using it on my laptop (wamp) but when i uploaded the site on my dedicated server (ispconfig) get this error Internal Server Error File Upload In Php I believe you saved me much work, and I am very grateful!

Small files are fine. Disabling FastCGI logging will prevent PHP from sending error information over stderr, and generating 500 response codes for the client. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
